Meraas is a holding company privately held and headquartered in Dubai. Since its founding in 2007, the Dubai-based conglomerate has launched several projects across real estate, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, leisure and entertainment, and healthcare. In 2020, Meraas became a subsidiary of Dubai Holding.

Since its foundation, Meraas has successfully delivered over 80 million square feet of property in Dubai, both residential and commercial, including retail units and more than 3,500 residential units. The developer is responsible for some of Dubai's most iconic destinations — City Walk, Bluewaters Island, La Mer, Dubai Harbour, and Jumeira Bay.

Residential communities include Port de La Mer, Sur La Mer, Nikki Beach Residences, Bulgari Residences, Cherrywoods, and The Acres. Recent launches include City Walk Northline, Madinat Jumeirah Living, and Nad Al Sheba Gardens. Meraas is also home to Ain Dubai, the world's tallest observation wheel, located on Bluewaters Island.
